Linda has a talent for “big picture” planning and team-building skills, with more than thirty years of construction experience and over twenty-five years working with various coaches on business practices, leadership, innovation, entrepreneurship, spirituality and construction processes. It is the continuous learning attitude that has made Gridley Company a premiere Design/Build/Remodel firm. Linda was a pioneer in the Design/Build concept of residential remodeling in the early 1990’s and she continues to lead the way with cutting-edge technology and her team building approach to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Linda was a Founding member and President of National Association of Remodeling Industry (NARI) of Silicon Valley for four years. She lead workshops for training other NARI members on business practices, she is a Certified Remodeler from National Association of Remodeling Industry (NARI), inducted into the Big 50 Hall of Fame, she won a Leadership Award from NARI for a movement she started called “Building Industry and Government” (BIG) working together for a better future, made the Top 500 Remodelers in the United States award, Gridley Company has earned numerous design awards. Linda achieved her Lead Safe Professional Certification from the Environmental Protection Agency and is Lead Safe Certified.
On a personal note, Linda is an avid animal lover, recycler and holistic health advocate. She has rescued several dogs and continues to support shelters and rescue organizations. Currently she has 4 Yorkshire Terrier mixes that she rescued, one cat at home and one cat at the office, 14 gorgeous Koi, and many tropical fish. She is extremely active in leaving a smaller footprint on this Earth through the use of solar panels, electric car, hybrid car, composting, recycling and buying less while reusing more. With her hobby of fish keeping she is now growing vegetables with the fish in a process called Aquaponics. She is known to bring homemade Kefir, Kombucha and other concoctions to the Gridley Team to try! Linda believes food can heal many illnesses and she is constantly studying nutrition and health trends.
